1998 Escort Rough Idle 1998 Ford Escort Idles Very Rough While In Gear.?

1998 Ford Escort idles very rough while in gear.? - 1998 escort rough idle

For shakes and vibrates more when I'm stopped at a red light or stop sign, but only if the car is not running - in the parks.

I had a mechanic replace the catalytic converter - does not help.
I had to replace a mechanic vibration dampers - no help.

The mechanical performance of the cleaner fuel injection and "good" gas three times and see if it helps. I did it twice - still nothing.

I have a coolant leak slowly. Not sure if this refers in this context.

Has anyone experience with a Ford Escort?

A catalyst can be locked (to avoid the emissions of car fumes) and will not start, or partially blocked (blocking exhaust), who steals the car of power. I am surprised that your mechanic, at first glance.

The vibration damper is likely to be a media: You have to be replaced only if the chip Students / / corrosion is evident. Again, I'm a little surprised the mechanic began here. It is well-cast alloy .... Thus, the damage they would be very unhappy.

The ceilings of the first places I look to is the flow of air (which is broken), injectors (dirty or broken) and coil pack / back (can) a faulty device or plug.

It could even be bad fuel.

Depending on where the leak is coolant, must be considered natural. But I do not think it could cause tremors, measuring an eye on your temperature.

From the first place, go to the area of the car and fired the computer codes. It will be free. S i-code shows nothing, then you are looking for a line or a hole could Vacumn. But I bet that the codes have the answer.

Controls that do), you 1, the engine is not running (in the course What is your idle speed (in the case of 650 to 800 rpm)? 2: "This happens when the foot on the brake pedal? More like a vacuum leak! All you test vacuum. 3; Are you by any adjustment or change oil and filter change?

Not related, but which FindOut leak of coolant is coming! Future of overheating.

I havent but you need a new mechanic, the guy is an idiot, and I would go back and get a full refund of everything you try to cope with them, to understand the problem. Then, if your refund, take it to a shop that employs ASE Certified Master Technicians and $ 100 and pay a proper diagnosis and estimating the repair properly.
