In PCOS, weight control plays an important role. I suggest stopping at the edge of grease, oil and things like junk food, carbohydrates and protein are weakened.
Note that worsened in patients with PCOS, obesity, insulin resistance. conversely, to reduce obesity and insulin resistance helps to fight better. :)
There is a book by Dr. Futterweit as Patient's Guide to PCOS, the DTI with an appropriate offer. He says you need a balance that can get large spikes and chains of small sips of insulin prevents upright. Therefore, refined sugars, such as eating bread and fruit in moderation - I try to always whole grain products. Limitation of excess fat and calories. Vegetables are always good. The key is the balance of foods to avoid highs and lows.
